Start with Perk Lottery (and remove it from HM perk pool). Does not remove the perk from the HM perk pool as it is stackable. Should also remove it from the Holy Mountain perk pool.
if you have found all 11 orbs, you start with 25 * 11 = 275 extra max HP for a total of 375 HP. This means starting each run with the orbs already collected, along with the max HP that comes with them, ie. The 11 main orbs are now "permanently" collected when found. However, you might prefer the following mod instead. I was tired of always getting the Lava Lake Orb, Shrine Orb and Pyramid Orb along with the top darkness HP pickup in mines, so I made this to "simulate" getting them so I could get to actually playing the main game faster. Increases your inventory size by 2x/3x/4x. Though this should really be a base game feature to begin with.

Ideally, you would also gain HP from drinking blood from a flask directly (by right clicking a flask in your inventory), but unfortunately, this is not currently possible with the available modding APIs. Download this repository as a zip file and place the desired mods from it (for example, randomstarterwand) in the mods folder. With the default drinking speed Vampirism is extremely undesirable simply due to how long it takes to drink a huge pool of blood, which is what this mod aims to fix. Update (3/11/20): Nolla Games updated Noita with Steam Workshop support on February 24.

This mod now also allows you to reach the credits from the work as normal. Install mods for Non-Steam version: Create mods folder in. The only side effect is that occasionally polymorphed enemies will also respawn or become temporarily invincible. The mod has been updated to respawn you as normal even when polymorphed. Vampirism also increases your drinking speed. Extract the 'respawn' folder to your 'Noita\mods' directory and enable the mod in-game. As for mods currently available: Better Vampirism You can install the mods by downloading this repository as a zip file and then extracting the results to your \mods folder.
